In restaurants, there are always ongoing upkeep jobs as well as bigger structural jobs, and Jim and Peter have been invaluable to us in both cases. In October 2013, we did a major renovation on what is a listed building with multiple complications/subcontractors, and are delighted with both the end result and also how the guys handled a very tight budget and complicated schedule.
